August Monday: identity cards refused

The Anguilla authorities have informed us that starting this year, ID cards will no longer be accepted for the “August Monday” carnival festivities. Previously, ID cards were exceptionally tolerated for these festivities. Only a valid passport will be accepted by immigration officers.
