Close proximity to immigration formalities and quick and convenient access to downtown.
Boaters have the choice between anchoring in the bay, or the pontoons of the Marina Fort Louis.
The bay of Marigot is well protected, except in rare cases of swell coming from the north.
At anchor, dinghies can be moored on the waterfront pier between the ferry terminal and the market. Just a few steps from the city center, the site is ideal for supplies (U supermarket, shopping, restaurants, banks, etc.). For water and fuel, the adjacent marina is very convenient.
It takes 5 minutes by dinghy, through the lagoon's entrance channel, to get to the Sandy Ground shipyards and their surroundings, where a large number of highly qualified nautical professionals are gathered.
